My mom pulled the car into the driveway, the bright red lights beaming overhead. I gazed at it sceptically yet my mom was radiant.
"I haven't been here in years!"
As soon as I stepped through the doors my mouth dropped. Years indeed. The place seemed it had been untouched by time, still stuck in the 1960's. The jukeboxes lined along the tables, the bar stools so tall you had to jump to get on, the pac-man back to back with the pinball machine. We sat there laughing for hours, my mom telling us stories from the past, my stomach so full I couldn't even move. A sudden thought came to me as I looked around.
"So this is what it's like to be in Supernatural. Pity Sam and Dean Winchester couldn't be here." My sister laughed so hard while we imagined how they would react if they were actually there. Finally rolling out the door we got back to our car. I don't know if it was coincidence or some ironic fate but just when my mom turned on the ignition the radio sprung to life, the song Eye of the Tiger by Survivor playing on full blast. All I remember is singing along with the song while we all recalled Dean's memorable dance. (We even mimcked some parts. My lungs and ribs were hurting so much that day XD ).
